If you are only traveling with one child, it is cheaper if you charge the child separately than if you book the family package, the family package is only worthwhile from 2 children.

Cancellations and rebookings are only accepted in writing by post or e-mail.

Our rental properties are only booked from Saturday to Saturday in the main season July/August, and for 4 nights at Easter, Ascension Day, Whitsun and New Year's Eve. The pitches at the Havelberge Camping Resort are also only booked from Saturday to Saturday in the main season, as well as for 4 nights at Ascension Day and Whitsun.

Our rental properties include at least 4 people, so it makes no difference whether you are traveling with 2 or 4 people.

As multiple bookings are not permitted on a guest account and it makes it easier for us to allocate them.

If the pitch is large enough and you can maintain the minimum distance of 1.50 m from the pitch boundary, an additional tent can be booked.

The tourist tax is only paid on site on arrival.

You are welcome to purchase a voucher on site at the Havelberge Camping Resort at the reception or send us an e-mail with your request and your address, we will then send you an invoice and after receipt of payment the voucher will be sent to you.

You must book the e-car surcharge if you wish to charge your car on our premises.

If you would like to pay on departure, you can book our flex rate, which costs 15% more.

On arrival you only pay if you arrive spontaneously, if you book in advance, payment in advance is necessary to make check-in as short as possible.

If you arrive earlier, we cannot guarantee that the booked pitch is already available or that the booked rental property is already ready for occupancy. You are welcome to use the campsite within walking distance, please also note our barrier closing times from 13-15h (on the outdoor pitches 12-15h).

There is a train station nearby the Havelberge Camping Resort and the Weißer See campsite.

For our rental properties, check-in is from 5 p.m. and check-out until 10 a.m.; for our pitches, you can arrive from 3 p.m. and leave by 11 a.m.

At Havelberge Camping Resort you will be sent Quick-Check-In documents in advance, so you can arrive directly at the campsite without having to register.

We have barrier closing times from 1pm to 3pm and from 10pm to 7pm.

W-lan is included with us, you can simply dial in online via the respective hotspot.

Showers are included on all our campsites.

Electricity is available on every pitch and is included in the price.

Fishing is only permitted at the water hiking meadows.

All our campsites have a small kiosk in the reception area, at Havelberge Camping Resort there is a small self-service market on the campsite.

At Havelberge Camping Resort you can buy bread rolls in the morning without pre-ordering in the self-service market, at the other campsites you can pre-order bread rolls at reception.

There are no lifeguards at the beaches.

The pitches are equipped with 16 amps, you will need a CEE adapter for the power connection.

Some pitches have satellite reception, we also have pitches with cable TV connection (comfort).

As long as you can maintain the minimum distance of 1.50 m from the pitch boundary and between the units, your car and/or trailer can also be parked on the pitch.

If you bring a 2nd car, this will be charged extra.

Boats must be specified and paid for separately, you are also welcome to book a berth.

There is a restaurant on site at the Havelberge Camping Resort and at the campsite on the Weißer See.

A day visitor fee must be paid for external day visitors.

The sanitary facilities are cleaned at least once a day.

Our sanitary facilities are also equipped with changing tables.

At Havelberge Camping Resort we have a paramedic on site during the season who can be reached by telephone at any time.

Barbecues are permitted as long as there is no forest fire level 4 or 5. (See notice at reception.)

As we want to avoid having garbage trucks driving all over the site, we only have one recycling center.

At Havelberge Campingresort we have family bathrooms for rent in sanitary building 1 and a family bathroom in sanitary building 2 which is accessible at all times.

Use is subject to a charge, one cleaning cycle costs €2.

Lost property can be handed in at the reception on the respective campsites.

Pavilions are not permitted.

There are playgrounds on all our campsites.

Open fires are not permitted, please use our designated fireplaces if the forest fire level (notice at reception) allows this.

Animation takes place mainly at the Havelberge Camping Resort, at all other Haveltourist campsites there is only one animation program per week in the main season (notice at reception).

Bed linen is included in all our rental properties.

Towels can be booked for a fee, the prices can be found on our Homepage.

The parking lot is always located near the booked rental property.

If you have booked full service, the beds are already made up on arrival, and the full service offer also includes a towel set and a kitchen package, as well as intermediate and final cleaning once a week.

An extra bed is only possible in our vacation home Göteborg and in the vacation home Zaunkönig.

Pets are allowed everywhere on the campsite (at our naturist campsite on Lake Userin only in some areas), pets are not allowed everywhere in the rental properties.

Our Gothenburg vacation home is suitable for wheelchair users.

Pets may only enter the water at the designated dog bathing areas.

The maximum occupancy is 2 pets.
